  I am overly please to be releasing this cracked of a record by Lonely Wholesome, aka Jonah Falco of Career Suicide/Fucked Up/Mad Men/Smart Boys fame...and more! These tracks bring too mind Wire in their more 'pop' moments and maybe even the Buzzcocks. Its well written 'hard-pop' (I'm trademarking this!) songs that stick in you noggin all day. They sound fresh and sweet and i have a deep love for them...It makes me very happy to be putting this record out and I'm so please with how it looks too. All sleeves, labels and inserts are handstamped and the centres can be popped out so you can play the record in your jukebox...or you can measure your spaghetti portions in the hole...whatever you like really. ...I find it hard to write these things you know!

  So, Fucked Up were over in Australia in February 2015 and I finally met Jonah in the flesh. They were playing at the Ding Dong Lounge in Melbourne. I got Jonah to sign some records in the hope that some of you kind folks will buy it!
  
  I only got 25 copies signed ...I didn't want to give him tennis elbow pre-gig!
  Now, i say 'signed'...Jonah sat down with a sharpie and wrote/draw some odd things on the back of the sleeves! A maple leaf, some London postcodes, reviews of the band that were playing at the time...all sorts. Once these are gone, they're gone, so move quick!
